Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Securely
Place the watch back in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the watch's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
